Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to run the publication. We tell you what we collect. We don't sell it.
What we collect
When you create credentials, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you become a Ring member, Stripe processes your payment; we store the transaction reference, tier, and your member number.
What we don't do
We do not run third-party ad networks. We do not sell subscriber lists. We do not fingerprint devices for marketing. We do not embed trackers for social networks.
Analytics
We use first-party, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and measure which pieces readers spend time with. No individual reader profile is built.
If you subscribe to the Brief, your email is stored with our email delivery provider (Resend / Beehiiv). You can unsubscribe any time via the link at the foot of every email, or by writing the Desk.
Data deletion
Write desk@warroom.report to request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted. We will confirm within 14 days.
Changes
When we change this policy we'll publish a new version and notify active Ring members by email.
